With a career spanning over 25 years in the insurance industry, Tom's journey began as an independent insurance adjuster while still in college. He honed his skills adjusting automobile and property damage claims for a variety of insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured entities. Over the years, Tom advanced through several key roles, including adjuster, supervisor, claims manager, and upper management, working with major insurance carriers and independent adjusters.
Tom's credentials are extensive, holding adjuster licenses in Florida, Texas, Louisiana, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. His certifications include CPCU, SCLA, ASE, I-CAR, and Xactimate, which underscore his deep expertise in the field.
In 2013, Tom transitioned to a legal career, enrolling in law school to further his impact in the insurance and legal industries. After successfully passing the bar exams, he was admitted to practice law in Florida and Louisiana in 2018, and more recently in Iowa and New Jersey in 2024. Tom established his own law firm in 2018, which has since experienced continuous growth.
