Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers or other assistive technology. If something on this site gets in your way, we want to know, and we will help you get what you need.

The standard we follow

We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These are the most widely used guidelines for measuring website accessibility.

What we do

  • Choose text and background colors with readable contrast.
  • Describe meaningful images with alternative text.
  • Label every form field.
  • Build pages that work with a keyboard, with a “Skip to content” link at the top.
  • Use headings in a logical order so screen readers can move through each page.
  • Make phone numbers tappable so you can call or text with one touch.
  • Offer an accessibility button on every page that lets you adjust text size, contrast and other display settings.

We check the site again whenever we add or change pages.

Content from other companies

Some parts of this site come from other companies, such as embedded Google Maps, our client reviews feed, our chat window and our cookie settings banner. We choose these tools with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control how they are built. If any of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will give you the same information another way.

Need help or found a problem?

Tell us which page you were on and what happened. We will work with you to fix it, or get you the information in a format that works for you.

You never need to use this website to reach us. Our team can help you by phone, text, email, or in person at any of our offices by appointment.
