Team Member Spotlight

Chelsea Chanley is a property insurance litigation paralegal at Suli Law Group, working alongside attorney Colton Beck to move clients’ cases toward resolution. Day to day, that means keeping clients informed, digging into every file to help shape case strategy, preparing lawsuits, driving the discovery process, and getting cases ready for trial. If your case is in litigation, Chelsea is the one making sure nothing sits still.

Chelsea has worked in the legal field since 2015, and she earned her way up the hard way: hired as a receptionist with no legal background, promoted to legal assistant within a year, and to paralegal the year after that. Before law, she helped people get out of tax debt with the IRS, which means she has spent her entire career doing the same thing: standing between regular people and large institutions. Ask her favorite part of the job and she’ll tell you it’s helping people. Insurance companies have plenty of people looking out for them. Chelsea is there to even the playing field, especially for the people who need it most.

Born in Tampa on MacDill Air Force Base and raised in Vero Beach, Chelsea is a Florida native through and through. Outside the office, she spends her time with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Bubbles and Gilligan, who have both come a long way from rough starts. Her hobbies run deep: golf, tennis, pickleball, reading, painting, video games, gardening, and collecting dinosaur skeletons and all things Halloween. As a lover of nature, she feeds the birds and squirrels every morning, and plants flowers for the pollinators. When she’s not at home you’ll find her at the beach, out for brunch, or supporting a local business.

Fun fact: Chelsea has photos of herself doing cartwheels outside the Palace of Versailles in France and Charlottenburg Palace in Germany, and her dream is to add a cartwheel photo at every palace she visits from here on out.
